The house is located about a 10 minute walk away from Cardiff's vibrant city centre, making it an ideal base for a weekend visit or a longer stay for workbusiness reasons. Sapphire Street is a closed end street leading off Clifton Street which is a secondary trading Street providing a vast range of take-away food outlets, friendly hostelries and many useful shops and a bank with an ATM machine.The house is set back from the pavement by a small forecourt and there is on-road parking available. The front door opens to a hallway with stairs leading to the first floor and a door to the open-plan loungedining area. There is comfortable seating for six people and a dining table which can also seat six. A doorway leads through to a fully fitted kitchen with a range of wall and base units and the usual appliances (oven, hob, extractor, fridge with icebox, microwave, dishwasher). All kitchen utensils, cutlery, cookware, crockery, glasses etc are provided. From the kitchen a door leads to a small utilitycloakroom which houses a second WC and wash basin and a washing machine. On the first floor there are four bedrooms (two singles, a double and a twin). Each room has enough storage space for a short stay. The tiled bathroom has a white suite and a great shower over the bath, with constant hot water being provided by the combi boiler.
