Known worldwide for the air disaster, Lockerbie is a small town with a big heart. Surrounded by beautiful rolling hills, rivers and woodlands it is geographically well situated for road and rail links and only an hour and a half from three international airports.
The town is small but has easy links to Dumfries and Carlisle. Wildlife abounds in the surrounding countryside and is a haven for red squirrels, roe deer and an abundance of birdlife. Lockerbie welcomes all who want to visit or stay.
