Our restaurant has been awarded two rosettes by the AA for the quality of our food. The food is locally sourced, we print food miles on our menu to quantify this, and we only use seasonal ingredients. You will not findAsparagus or Strawberries here out of the English growing season andsome of our vegetables and soft fruit has only 400 food yards on it ascomes from our own allotment in Southwold! The cycle is complete as we compost all of our vegetable peelings at the allotment in an attempt to reduce our carbon footprint as far as possible.

The bar at the Wangford Plough Inn is a delightful mix of ancient and modern with a complete refurbishment of this listed building having been completed in 2005. A range of Adnams draught beer, including Bitter, Broadside, Oyster Stout and Explorer is available, all are gravity-fed. Guinness, Carlsberg and Bitburger lagers and Aspalls Suffolk Cyder are also available together with an extensive range of wines and spirits. Meals can also be served in the bar.
