Douneside House is situated in the Scottish Highlands steeped in history and full of character. Following a major renovation our historic house re-opened its doors on the 1st June 2016 offering guests a luxurious Scottish countryside stay. Set within the grounds of the MacRobert Estate in Aberdeenshire the main House features 14 beautiful guest rooms. The current refurbishment includes a complete re-design of each room to create a classic-contemporary style whilst retaining important elements of Douneside s original character through the careful placement of individual pieces of antique furniture and precious artwork.
