Dining and Lounge area with Colour FreeView Television and DVD and a Toilet. Upstairs are 2 Bedrooms and a Bathroom which has a Toilet Basin and Shower. The Bedrooms can be either double or twin layout But are made up as 1 room with a Super King and the other as a Twin (which could also be a Super King) All Linen and Towels are provided. There is WiFi and parking for 1 car per property there is also a Patio area where the Sunshine can be enjoyed.They are conveniently situated for the Exeter Coach & Bus St as well as Exeter s Central Train Station again no more than 5-10 mins walk.St Sidwells Townhouse has its name because during the excavations before the build the Legendry Well was uncovered where St Sidwell met her demise at the hands of a farm labourer at the bequest of her jealous Step-Mother! St Sidwell was saying her daily prayers when her head was decapitated by a scythe .Legend has it that where her head fell so a Spring of water began to flow forth after 3 days St Sidwell somehow picked her head up and walked the short distance to a spot where a Church was built atop sadly this Church took a Direct hit from a Bomb during WW2. The Church and the Well were a Pilgrimage site up until the late 15th Century. The well was capped in 1880 and uncovered in May 2014. What was uncovered is a 12th Century structure that has been preserved within the shop below.
